Heart to Heart is where you learn to become your own transformational coach and healer. My aim is to share with you my life experiences which have been key to unlocking my potential for personal growth and development. My journey over many years has been guided, supported and taught by taking a holistic approach to my wellbeing. With the outcome being how to find a higher meaning and purpose to my life experiences after having break down.

Heart to heart starts by taking you right back to my beginning, to share with you ‘The 7 ‘S’ of Recovery’. My personal experiences have shown me a personal crisis does not just happen. It happens over our life time, building up within us to the point where you give your self-permission to press your own self-destruct button. Not understanding why, you are causing yourself pain and suffering? Our heart breaks over and over again to it is shattered into 1,000 pieces of our jigsaw puzzle. Broken down inside your life experiences you have to learn how you gave your mind your power to cause you to self-destruct. You may feel as I did a huge sense of loss, fear, aloneness, isolation, and much more. Simply not knowing what has happened? Why you have destroyed everything you ever knew about your self-love? Why you chose your life path?

Firstly, in your heart you have to accept you are never alone. There are many people every day who are questioning ‘Who am I? Inside ‘Who I am’, most of us totally unaware of how our life experiences impact on our own personal growth and wellbeing. In truth, it is easier to switch off to your sense of self, then to accept how we feel or do not feel about loving who you are. A personal crisis is a reflection of how you feel or do not feel about loving who you are inside a life experience you are unable to accept as part of who you are. A crisis literally stops you in your tracks because you cannot make sense of your love. Unable to find your self-love in your life experiences your feel lost, alone, lonely and bereft. Stressed out by your constant questioning and trying to fill your void losing your self-love creates. You are constantly searching for a higher meaning and purpose but unable to find one to your life experiences you have fallen out of love with loving.

Having a personal crisis is not something to be ashamed off. In fact, it is our saviour because a crisis is what literally wakes you up to find who you truly are. Yes, in your darkest moments of feeling lost inside who you are. Trying to fill your void with new meaning and purpose, unaware you are taking yourself further away from your truth. You have to learn there is a way to guide, support and teach yourself how to love. Transformational coaching is this tool.
