Are you waking up and asking yourself ‘Who am I? and Why am I here? What am I doing with my life?

Yes, this is natural. Why? Inherently within you, you are searching to find a higher meaning and purpose to loving who you are. Your true self is always observing how you give and receive love and this is what you are becoming conscious off. The art of self-observance introduces you to the concept of where to find the answers to your self-love. Self-love being your foundation from which to grow, develop, manifest and transform from within your life experiences.

My blog ‘The Art of Self-Reflection’, 5th January 2020. I introduced you to the concept of questioning. Questions as you will learn are an art form because how we give and receive love is all about a question. What you have to learn is how your self-observance interconnects your question to the source of where you need to build a relationship with loving who you are. Who am I? is a universal question which has been in our consciousness for centuries and transcends our incarnated self. Who am I? In any life experiences is what awakens us to learn to become self-observant. My question to you is, why would you not want to know who you are? Why would you not want to live a conscious life? Why would you not want to be aware of how your love impacts on another person in the world you live in?

The art of self-observance not only teaches know I am a whole person. Self-observance teaches you are interconnected on all levels of consciousness. Not only does your happiness impact on your own well being, it impacts on another well being. How you create an environment to build a relationship with loving who you are has an impact on others.

You do not need to be suffering to learn how to love who you are. Loving who we are is our true nature and you have to build a relationship with your love. Love guides, supports and teaches you who you are. How you learn to the skills of self-observance gives you the tools and techniques to know where you love is being created.

Learning how to ask our self-questions may sound simple but where our question arises from is where you need the art of self-observance. How you formulate a question always has to have a foundation. For within our question whether you are conscious of not you are searching for a higher meaning and purpose to your life experiences. What you and others wake up to realise is our true nature is always to love who you are.

Self-observance teaches you not only where your questions are being formulated. Self-Observance teaches you how to listen to your answer. Listening is a key skill to unravelling your answers because listening happens nowhere else but inside you. Transformational coaching teaches you questions are not automatically created in your mind. You are a whole person with a masculine mental, physical, feminine, emotional and spiritual self. Each aspect of who you are holds the key to asking and answering your questions. For self-observance teaches your whole self how to ‘unlock your potential for personal growth and development’.

What you wake up to in your self-observance is your true nature which is guided by your instincts of sight, smell, feel, hearing, touch, taste. These are the tools of reconnection because how you observe giving and receiving of self-love happens nowhere else but inside who you are.
