‘Going around in a circle, stuck in a rut, unable to see what you have lost? Feeling alone, lonely and bereft of love?’

Life experiences wake you up to know ‘I cannot be loved or loved in this way’. How do you know this? Because instinctively when you see yourself giving and receiving love, you know this does not fit for you. How do you know this?Because your life experiences weigh you down and stop you from seeing your true self. What is my true self? Self-Love-Soul-Love-God-Love- unconditional love.

Where did I lose my true self? Inside you life experiences you separated from? Why did I separate from my life experiences? Because you did not have the tools and techniques to be able to cope with your life experiences at the time you experienced them. This is what you beat yourself up for, because you were unable to cope with an experience which caused you to suffer. Suffering is part of being human because you have to learn from inside your own suffering what loving who I am means to you. Only you can learn how to give and receive love in the way in which reflects a new meaning and purpose to your self-love.

When you feel lost, alone, lonely and bereft what have you lost? You have lost your self-love. For your self-love gets left behind inside your life experience which you have disconnected from. You have lost a part of you in your life experiences which you need to find the tools and techniques to recover what enables you to feel good. To be able to unstick the stuck of your patterns of behaviour which do not serve your highest good. Why do you need to learn new tools and techniques? To learn how to fill the void between your past and present life experiences. To learn to see the good again inside you by creating an environment to build relationship with loving who you are.

Only when you start to create an environment to grow a new foundation for loving who I am. Can you start to see into your past what you have lost a connection to loving. When you find how to reconnect to who you are then you stop fearing loving who you are. When you start to stop fearing your true self of unconditional love then you start to walk a path of service which reflects you highest good.
