Personal growth and development happens nowhere else but inside who you are. When I first picked this book up in 1999, I had no idea on the impact it would have on my life over the next 21 years. Self-help is an essential requisite for personal growth and development. Why? Because you have to learn that ‘no one on this earth can see inside you what is calling to be loved’.

Growth happens in your self-acceptance ‘I need to learn to love who I am in the way I seek to be loved’. For your search for a higher meaning and purpose to your self-love starts nowhere else but inside who you are. For me this book taught me how to start the process of rebuilding a relationship with who I was in 1999. To accept I had to learn to love who I was in a different way, because how I had loved who I was in my past had caused me to break down.

Love as I have learned get lost inside your life experiences you have disconnected from. For you are unable to see the good in loving who you are. What you have to learn as I have had to learn is you and I need help searching for love. Loving who you are does not just happen, you have to create love to reflect your highest good. This is only a small part of what Lee taught me in her book. What you have to learn is self-help starts in your learning how to find your tools and techniques to grow love.
