If you are feeling you are missing out on a holiday in 2020. Then you can turn your life experiences into a pilgrimage. In our past history a holiday was a time of retreat into our inner world. To find our balance, joy, peace, happiness and much more to answer our life question ‘Who am I?’
At a time of personal crisis and inner conflict and confusion you may be describing yourself as feeling stressed, lost, alone, lonely and bereft of love. Unable to find in your life experiences your tools and techniques to cope with your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, conditions which you place on being loved in the way you seek to be loved.
What I guide, support and teach as a ‘Transformational Coach’ is how you create an environment to build a relationship with loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved. Because how you create an environment needs to guide you to go inside your unconscious. Into your inner world to retreat to find what you are missing a connection to loving inside your life experiences you have separated from.
What are you retreating to find? Are you tools and techniques to reconnect to your talents and abilities to love who you are unconditionally. You might ask your self what is unconditional love? Unconditional love is simply what changes the course of your love to flow in a different direction. Unconditional love is how you give and receive love inside your mirror of reflection which reflects your highest good. For when you see yourself giving and receiving love in the way in which reflects good then you need your tools and techniques to accept your self-love.
Why is this so important? Because inside your life experiences you past has to be accepted in the present. To enable you to accept loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved. Going inside yourself is the holiday which enables you to rebuild your lives by giving you the opportunity to learn. To grow, develop, manifest and transform a different relationship with loving who you are.
A tool of transformation is a time of retreat to reflect upon what enable you to build a different relationship with good.
- How are you describing how you feel your self-love in this moment?
- Have you ever thought about writing down those thoughts and feelings about who you are?
- How important in your current life experience is it to learn how to retreat?
- On a scale of one to 10, 10 being the most important. How would you rate the importance of learning to create an environment to build a relationship with your self-love?
One tool to learn to start to create an environment to build a relationship with who you are is to write words. Words became part of me over 21 years ago when I was guided to my first help book which asked me to complete exercises. The benefits of writing about how you feel in a note book is a way of what I call ‘lightening the load’. For you can start to see into yourself what you have lost a connection to loving. Then you can start you exploration into how you are going to start loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved.
This is what I call a holiday because how you start to love who you are in the way you seek to be loved is what enables you to feel love. When you feel love inside who you are then you know ‘I AM’ is worthy of being loved. In my article ‘Top 10 Tips of Navigating Self-Love’, on Tuesday 26th May. You learn the foundations which love grows from is always your self-love.
Your pilgrimage is to learn how to build a foundation from which you reconnect to your self-love which is going to move you closer to who you are. For lightening the load means you are accepting loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved. What you have to learn is this is going to happen nowhere else inside you.
