Having fun in life is not always an automatic response to your life experiences which cause you to fall out of love with loving who you are. This is why fun Friday begins with giving yourself permission to enjoy your life. When I broke down down in the 90’s my life had come to unbalanced. Playing hard and working hard actually up rooted me why? Because as I have called my book ‘Filling the Void’, I was running away from myself believing if I filled my life with all these adventures it would make me feel good about myself.

What I had to wake up to and what you may have already awoken up to is having a work life balance. Filling every moment of your life as I have learned does not enable you time for fun. In my blog on Monday 22nd June ‘What is the purpose of a purpose’. You have to learn ‘I AM Fun’, is inside my life experiences of learning to find a higher meaning and purpose to my self-love.

Part of my role as a transformational coach is coach you to think outside of the box. To be able to try a new way of loving who you are. Would you describe you are stuck? Going around in a circle? In a pattern of behaviour which does not feel good or you want to have fun? Then ask yourself why am I here and how do I find a way out? The only way out is to find a higher meaning and purpose to loving who you are. This is what I call the ‘guided mystery tour’ or ‘adventure into the unknown’. Why? Because do you really know what gives you fun? My guess is no, because when you lose your insight into loving who you are then you lose fun. Fun stops because how you are loving who you are does not feel good.

Feeling good is all about finding what gives you love. The fun part is finding love which serves you highest good. This can be the most simplest of things or the most extravagant. What makes fun, fun is how you love who you are as a reflection of your life experiences of how you give and receive your self-love. What grows self-love comes from what you accept about loving who you are. This is what the fun part is. This is what I have called in ‘The Mirror of Reflection Coaching Toolkit’ your ‘recipes of success’. Where are you learning to find fun? In unlocking your potential for personal growth and development. Which is found by you creating an environment to build a foundation of:

  • self-reflection
  • self-awareness
  • self-observance
  • self-acceptance

‘How you love who you are is a reflection and you have to see into your reflection what is calling to be loved’.
