Living a holistic lifestyle is all about you learning to transform from within you. How you learn to coach your whole self to fall in love with loving who you are. Your whole self being your masculine, mental, physical, feminine, emotional and spiritual self. To continuously be working together to enable you to give and receive love in the way in which reflects your highest good.

To help to support you in your quest for ‘Holistic Fitness’ I am encouraging you to start to create your own recipes for success. What you are searching for inside ‘Week 2 – Recipes for holistic fitness’. Was to discover where you fell out of love with loving who you are. I have a famous saying ‘your life experiences of past never change’. What changes is how you create an environment to love who you are inside these life experiences on a higher an higher level of consciousness to love.

‘Holistic Fitness’ requires you to learn how to piece together the pieces of your jigsaw puzzle as to why you fell out of love with loving who you are. The is the biggest question which faces us all when you are searching for a higher meaning and purpose to loving who you are. Because how you share love with your whole self is key to unlocking your potential for personal growth and development. For your wellbeing is a reflection of your whole self learning to love who you are.

Holistic Fitness exercise for week 2 is to ask your self questions which you need to create an environment to listen too. In my blog Tuesday 25th August 2020 10 ways to show your listening’. I talk about the importance of creating an environment to listen to your answers. No good asking yourself a question when you have not prepared an environment to listen. What you have to learn is self-reflection is built on your skills to listen to who you are. Love grows from within your own words, thoughts, feelings about how you love who you are.

Loving your whole self requires mental, physical, emotional and spiritual fitness. For not one part of who you are is working in isolation of the other. This is your illusion which you have to overcome in your holistic fitness.

Below are 9 tips to help you on your way to ‘Holistic Fitness’.

  1. Because you learn how to share love with your whole self.
  2. You share love for your highest good and therefore the good of others.
  3. You stop falling into your old traps of behaviour which do not serve your highest good.
  4. You respect what you own intuition and guidance is supporting you to achieve.
  5. You learn how to mirror to yourself what you need to accept needs to be loved.
  6. To accept how you give and receive love has to change your life.
  7. To learn who I am is inside my life experiences I lost a connection to loving.
  8. To respect life has a higher meaning and purpose to teaching me how to love.
  9. To guide, support and teach yourself and others how to love.

What you are learning is you are your own transformational coach. How you create an environment to build a foundation to grow, develop, manifest and transform your life. Is how you learn to love who you are. Below is my introduction to my story of transformation and my teaching tool.  .

The Mirror of Reflection Coaching Toolkit’

Over the last 21 years I have dedicated my life to learning how to create an environment to build a foundation for my self-love to grow, develop, manifest and transform my life. The outcome has been to create a bespoke personal growth and development tool called ‘The Mirror of Reflection Coaching Toolkit’. To guide, support and teach others not only about my life experiences. But the benefits of taking a holistic approach to unlocking your potential for personal growth and development. To sharing why I am an advocate of using both western and eastern tools and techniques of healing.

My message is ‘Self-Love is the home of Unconditional Love’. For inside you, are your talents and abilities to love who you are in the way you seek to be loved. By transforming your relationship with your self-love to grow inside your own consciouness as relationship with what is calling to be loved. My toolkit is designed on 4 modules of learning below and starts by you learning how to grow, develop, manifest and transform your self-love.

My message is to unlock your potential for personal growth and development you to become your own transformational coach. When you experience a personal crisis you may be describing yourself as feeling lost, alone, lonely and bereft of love? Searching for a higher meaning and purpose to loving who you are? Or feel you are breaking down, but not conscious of why this is happening? Then you have fallen out of love with loving who you are inside your relationship between you masculine and feminine self.

What I guide, support and teach is this does not just happen. In fact, most of us are not even aware of what exists within us and have no clue as to what you are building a relationship with inside your life experiences you have lost a connection to loving. Module 3 – ‘The 5 Steps to Lightening the Load’ – ‘Insight’, ‘Fusion’, ‘Love’, ‘Sharing Love’, ‘Truth’.

Are the steps which guide, support and teach you how to reconnect to your unconscious, conscious and super conscious self. To enable you to see inside your self-love what is calling to be loved inside your life experiences you need to love on a higher level of consciousness. By learning how to coach your masculine and feminine self how to fall in love with loving who you are inside your life experiences you fell out of lover with.

Module 4 – ‘The 9 Principles of Loving Unconditionally’

Guide, support and teach you how you reconnect to your self-love has a higher meaning and purpose to finding your soul-love-god-love. To enable you to learn how your whole self has to learn to fall in love with loving your inside your life experiences you lost a connection to loving.

What you have to learn from within ‘The Mirror of Reflection Coaching Toolkit’ is your greatest gift in life is to learn to love who you are unconditionally.
