There is no other tool on earth that can heal you heart than self-acceptance. Because what you have to learn is truth. The truth that no one can love who you are in the way you seek to be loved but you. Whether you see your life experiences as the good, bad and ugly you have to learn by taking a ‘Holistic Approach’ to your wellbeing how to accept them. For what causes you to have a personal crisis is not knowing how to accept loving who you are as a reflection of those experiences. This is what causes pain and suffering because you are not born with the tools and techniques to enable you to know how to build a relationship with your whole self.

What are the tools of self-acceptance? Are you mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Wellbeing which you need to harness to unlock your potential for personal growth and development. For how you create an environment to build a relationship with your whole self is how you build a foundation to see inside you, you are one love. For what breaks you down is your illusion you are separated from your whole self. For the truth is that there is only one love inside all your life experiences. What breaks you down and causes you to question who am I? Is because your whole self has lost your talents and abilities to see the good in loving who you are. Self-acceptance is built upon you becoming your own transformational coach. To enable you to ‘see’ inside yourself what is calling to be loved.

  1. Self-acceptance is your foundation from which one love grows inside who you are.
  2. Self-acceptance is your foundation from which your heart accepts what you lost a connection to loving inside your life experiences you disconnected from.
  3. Self-acceptance is your foundation from which one love grows your truth.
  4. Self-acceptance is your foundation from which you, manifest your self-love.
  5. Self-acceptance is your foundation from which you learn to see good.
  6. Self-acceptance is your foundation from which you learn to express love.
  7. Self-acceptance is your foundation to learn to express how you feel about loving who you are.
  8. Self-acceptance is your foundation from which you move closer to or away from your unconditional love.
  9. Self-acceptance is your foundation from which you move closer to or away from your truth.
  10. Self-acceptance is a reflection of you owning your truth.
