Dear Friends,

Have you ever questioned why you ‘Filling the Void’? When I first started writing over 18 years ago I never imagined that writing would in fact become part of ‘Filling the Void’. The first title I have used to teach people in my book how to find their self-love. Never has self-love been so important than in 2020/2021. For self-love as I have learned is your tool of transformation. Because inside all our life experiences of the good, bad and ugly is our self-love.

You may be describing your self as feeling lost, alone, lonely and bereft of love. But love is always within in you. What you have lost is your talents and abilities to see into your own insight what your self-love is guiding, supporting and teaching you how to love. This is what humanity has awakened to in the last year. Your self-love is what makes your life count and how you share your self-love not only with others, but your whole self is what makes the difference to your life.

When you feel lost, alone, lonely and bereft of love, then you may be questioning what you purpose is in life. But your souls’ purpose is to learn how to create an environment to build a relationship with your self-love. For your self-love is what guides, supports and teaches you how to give and receive love inside your whole self. For your whole self is made up off your masculine, mental, physical, feminine, emotional and spiritual self. Why do you feel lost in your self-love? Is because the two halves of one love have lost a connection to loving who you are.

When I started my healing journey back in 1999, I had no idea ‘One Love’ existed inside me. What I did know when my heart broke in two was I had been ‘Filling the Void’ with my comforters of food and drink. Many of you will be saying a new year and a new start? But questioning where to start to build a new relationship with loving who you are. As I have learned the only place to fill the void, is between your past and present life experiences. Because the two halves of who you are inside your masculine and feminine self, have fallen out of love with loving who you are inside your life experiences you are unable to accept. This is in fact what has created your void.

Where you start to build a relationship with yourself comes by accepting the two halves of who you are are not seeing eye to eye. Their is conflict and confusion how your masculine and feminine self give and receive love. Love which you thought was serving your highest good has in fact created conflict inside your whole self. To start the process of healing then you have to awaken like I did to find what I call your unconditional love- self-love-soul-love-god-love. As I learned unconditional love is stored in every cell of your being. Filling the Void is all about how you reconnect to what already exists inside you, ‘The 12 Symbols of Love’ which are hidden within you. ‘The 12 Symbols of Love’ are your tools to unlock your potential for personal growth and development. For inside you, you have covered your inherent gifts to reveal to oneself what already exists, your unconditional love. When you learn what you have to recover your unconditional love then you learn unconditional love is your solution to ‘Filling the Void’.

‘Filling the Void’ with your unconditional love is how your learn inside your life experiences, how you have to learn to transcend your past. A past which you need to learn to love in the way in which reflects good to you. Your outer world of good needs a home inside your unconditional love to reconnect your masculine, mental, physical, feminine, emotional and spiritual self together. Why? Because inside you, you have to learn that one love always exists and never breaks down. You have to learn what breaks down is your illusion of what you believed love to be. When in fact what existed between your whole self was one love. There is no separation from your past or present because inside your past and present are your gifts, jewels and gems of inner knowledge and wisdom which you have to learn to express from within your whole self.

The other half of who you are is always within the mirror of reflection. Your other half never leaves you and you do not leave your over half behind. What you have to learn inside ‘The 7 ‘S’ of Recovery’- ‘Stop’, ’Solutions’, ‘Solve’, ‘Start’, ‘See’, ‘Share’, ‘Store’. You are recovering what already exists which is your unconditional love- self-love-soul-love-god-love. Unconditional love is what you are transforming your relationship with. How your relationship with yourself transforms is always with how you learn how to give and receive love.

What changes your life is always how you learn how to give and receive love. Love which you have to learn inside your self-acceptance is going to enable you to transform your life. Transformational coaching is all about your self-acceptance moving you closer to loving who you are in the way in which reflects to you, your highest good. Good which is going to serve your highest good inside your life experiences to enable your masculine and feminine self to fall in love.

The illusion which you were living within in a personal crisis is you believing you were loving who you are in the way the in which reflects good. Good breaks you down because good knows you are not serving your highest good in the way in which reflects to yourself one love. You are only learning how to create love which reflects to an aspect of yourself what love is.

What you have to learn from the moment your heart breaks in two is your whole self is calling to be loved. This is why I am an advocate of taking a holistic approach to your wellbeing. For your whole self needs to fall in love with loving who you are in your life experiences you lost a connection to loving.
