Being whole, being at One, with who you are is your vision. For separation is what breaks us down over and over again. To you awaken to find what you are searching for. As I talked about in part 5 – ‘What am I learning to give to myself? Unconditional love’. The question you may be asking yourself is how do you do this? My answer is by taking a holistic approach to your wellbeing. For how you see yourself, giving and receiving love. Impacts on your whole self, whether you are conscious of this or not. For how you give and receive love is what impacts on who am I? In every moment of every day, for how I grow love is a reflection of who I am.
Who am I? Is therefore calling to you, to find your true self. To build a relationship to not only fill the void within which is calling to you. But to see yourself as not separated from the truth. The truth which stops you from being at one with loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved. Loving who you are is a calling of your higher self of unconditional love. Love which moves you closer to who you are and away from who you are in every moment of every day.
You leave love behind in your life experiences, you lose the insight into loving. This is what you awaken to find inside you. What you have lost a disconnection to loving in the way you seek to be loved. For how you seek to be loved, does not give to you what you are seeking. This is why your patterns of behaviour have to change. For how you seek to be loved has to awaken you to be loved in a different way. Your self-love is what moves you closer to who you are in the way you seek to be loved. Love grows from within the foundation of your truth of what love means to you. When you find a meaning then you have to grow a purpose to expand loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved.
Love is what inspires you, inside your creativity to express love. Whether this is walking in nature, painting a picture, cooking up a meal, you need to learn to express love. Love is an expression of what enables you to feel good about loving who you are. Love never leaves you; you leave love behind in a life experience which stops you feeling good. Good which you need to feel good is what moves you closer to and away from who you are. Love is the words you use to describe who I am in every moment of every day. Taking a holistic approach to your wellbeing, is what moves you closer to truth. Truth which you have to use to express love, for how you express love is what gives you meaning. This is what grows inside your consciousness in every moment of every day. How do I express love in the way in which enables me to feel good about loving who I am?
When you learn to see who I am as a whole person then you are taking a holistic approach to your wellbeing. Love in this moment never leaves you because love is what you are learning to share. For you are building an insight into your truth. The truth I am is always unconditional love, when I give and receive love in the way in which enables me to feel good about loving who I am. Your self-love is a reflection of how you gain insight into who I am to create a fusion between your masculine and feminine self. To learn how to let go of the life experiences which keep you separated from your truth. Your true self has to learn to share love in the way in which reflects your highest good. For your self-acceptance is built upon how you give and receive love. Your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self needs to learn to love who you are.
Your self-love is what reconnects your whole self to what you have lost a connection to loving. Because you breakdown the barriers to what stops you accepting love in the way in which reflects to you, your highest good. For your highest good is what serves your whole self to accept loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved. Having a breakthrough is knowing who am I? is inside who I am.
