My absence in writing has been reflection of how to create a positive mind set after the loss of my beloved mother earlier in the year. Bereavement affects all of us in different ways on an mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level. Regardless of our environment, the impact of loss, makes us question ‘Who am I?’ Because our whole identity changes because who we identified with is part of our life in our hearts but not here in our physical world.
For me this has taken time to process and taking time out to build a relationship with our self as a reflection of loss is key. For how you build a relationship with enables you to support your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self to build a new relationship with each other. This supports you to cope with the changes you have experienced in your life. For us all in our time of loss with need to create an environment to support our personal growth and development to cope with loss.
In my experiences of life the question you have to ask yourself is?
How do you create a positive mind set?
The answers to your question is where you are listening too? Where is this answer coming from your heart? Your mind? Your physical self reacting? Your spiritual wellbeing? For inside who you are holds the key to learning how to love who I am unconditionally. Loss is our guide to know how to do this. By learning to ‘let go off’ the conditions which stop you from seeing the good in loving who I am’. Grief, causes us to feel stressed and what we are searching for are our talents and abilities to cope with our grief. For the conditions which stop you living the life you envision out of your grief have to be created in your positive mind set.
To do this you have to learn how to create an environment to learn to step inside your own illusion of what stops you loving who you are to experience ‘truth’.
Out of your grief and stress you have to learn is how you give and receive love in the way in which reflects to you, your highest good. In in our darkest moment you have to keep searching to see the good. For how you overcome your conditions which place a barrier to see the good in how you love who you are. In your grief, you also have to learn to let go of your past which enables you to live in the present.
For to creative a positive mind set our of your loss your have to learn to be present inside your life experiences to be able to give your self-love. It is how you feed your self-love which is how you create a positive mindset. Because inside your self-love then you learn to let go of the conditions which you place on being love. To accept love into your life in the way in which reflects your highest good.
When you learn to experience love in the way in which reflects good then you learn to accept what makes you feel good. When you feel good this is what feeds your self- esteem. To feel good about loving who you are in the way in which reflects good. You see your self-love mirrored inside your self to enable you to feel good. Your self-love touches the aspects of self which you are lost a connection to loving. For how you give and receive love is what moves your closer to who I am- Love. Love as you have to learn is always within you. What you lose sight of is how you give and receive love in the way in which reflects good.
To see good then you have to create the courage, faith, integrity and much more to see the good in loving who you are in the way in which reflects good. Good is always your life force, but when you place conditions to be loved in the way in which does not reflect good. Then you lose your insight into seeing the good in loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved.
Your life force is always love and love is what enables you to grow in the way in which you seek to be loved. Love is what moves you closer to your truth and away from your truth to learn your life lessons to learn what your truth is. Love is always a reflection of truth but you have to see inside your life experiences to learn what your truth is. Your life experiences are always your guiding light for how you see good is always a reflection of love, light, joy, peace, humility, faith and so much more.
What you are searching for is how to see how your truth fits into the bigger picture of your life experiences. For truth is what guides you to a higher and higher level of consciouness to love who you are. When you accept your own self is searching for a higher meaning and purpose then you know truth has to have a foundation to be accepted in. For your foundation is what enables you to feel good inside your life experiences you have learned to love.
Truth is your acceptance of what your life experiences mean to you in the way you seek to be loved. Love is what moves you closer to your truth and away from your truth to grow love. Truth is the foundation from which all life lessons are accepted. For without truth, you are floating along looking into the world which does not give you meaning and purpose to your life experiences.
For inside your life experiences are the lessons of your soul, calling to you on a higher and higher level of consciouness to love. For how you are loved is what creates a higher meaning and purpose and this is how you grow love. For meaning and purpose are the way out of the dark and into your light of consciouness to love who you are. Love is your light and this is what you are sharing on a higher and higher level of consciousness with your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self. For the aspect of self which you are learning to love is always a reflection of one’s whole self. What you are teaching, guiding, and supporting is your whole self-learning to love who you are, inside your life experiences you have lost a connection to loving.
It is what you have lost a connection to loving which moves you closer to your truth. The truth of loving who you are in the way in which reflects your highest good. For good is always your guiding light and this is how you create a positive mindset to overcome your fears of loving who you are.
