Self-love is you foundation from which you learn to give your self-love. Which sounds really simple. But is in fact the number 1 tool of transformation. When you have a personal crisis then you are not loving who you are in the way you seek to be loved. One sign of a personal crisis is that you are asking others to love you when you cannot love who you are. This means you are either consciously or unconsciously giving your power to another person.
