Your talent is to hear the wisdom of your own heart guiding, supporting and teaching you how to love who you are unconditionally. For in life you have to learn to accept what is inherent within you was with you through the good, bad and ugly of our life experiences. This is life and life is journey of awakening in every moment of every day to a higher and higher level of consciousnesses to love who you are.

The more conscious you become of how you love who you are. The more conscious you become of how you do not want to be loved by yourself and others. This is what you are learning to transform inside you. What is inherent within you, which you are learning to express as your self-love. When I fell out of love with loving who I am many back in the early 90’s. It is very easy to fall into a blame culture that your life experiences are everyone else’s fault or problems. But the truth is to your learn to stop blaming other people and learn to own and take responsibility for your actions. Then you will continuously find yourself stuck in a pattern of behaviour which does not enable you to feel good about loving who you are.
