Over the past year since I established my website I have written about how you manifest self-love. My reason for this is that your self-love is the foundation from which one love grows, develops, manifests and transforms inside your consciousness. The purpose of which as an advocate of holistic healing is for your to accept that each aspects of who you are has to learn to love who you are inside your life experiences your have disconnected from.
A personal crisis happens not only when you do not know you have a whole self. But because you relationship over your lifetimes stop you accept loving in the way in which serves your highest good. How you break down is because you lose your insight into seeing good. Your self-reflection stop you seeing inside your mirror what you need to learn to accept love.
For what breaks down inside you is your heart because you heart knows you are not accepting love in the way which reflects good to you. What you have to learn is its your soul purpose to see good. There are many theories of how you change you life. But my truth is that it takes your will, power, motivation, self-acceptance, courage, passion and much more . To not only find the tools and techniques to love who you are. It requires you to harness your talents and abilities to be consciously growing your consciousness. Because with out your consciousness to love, then you will be constantly finding yourself stuck in your own patterns of behaviour.
Your patterns of behaviour are your constant guide and support which are awakening you to find how you are searching to be loved.
